Roman mainly focused on international corporate and tax structuring, including counselling on international taxation issues, corporate structuring for multinational groups of companies, as well as  providing legal advice on mergers and acquisitions and transactions involving intangible assets. He also specialises in servicing R&D-intensive companies (IT, GameDev).

Before joining BGP Litigation, Roman served as the Head of Legal at a GameDev start-up. Prior to that, he dealt with intellectual pottery, personal data and antitrust law matters at Deloitte's Saint Petersburg office. Also, Roman is experienced in advising clients on international tax and corporate law matters at Versus.legal/Futura

in connection with incorporating foreign entities to engage in publishing business on digital distribution platforms and drafting and negotiating contractual documents required for operations of the client's game publishing unit (including a game publishing agreement, loan agreements, custom game development agreements, intra-group deeds of assignment, etc.)

a Russian resource trading company

on various matters relating to selection of jurisdiction, legal form and status and appropriate licensing arrangements required for overseas operations 

a developer of hi-tech patentable devices
