Arseniy specialises in advising Russian and international companies on various matters related to the personal data regulations, electronic communications, digital services, and information law, including personal data localisation, cross-border personal data transfer, cyber security, and legal aspects of the ever-evolving tech and digital sector.

Arseniy's expertise also includes implementation of complex integrated projects: drafting and revising corporate documents, conducting audits of personal data processing policies and procedures, developing and implementing compliance programmes, conducting regulatory assessments of the IT landscape, and liaising with regulatory authorities. Arseniy has extensive experience in commerce regulation and corporate law, including e-commerce and platform economy.

Past Experience

Prior to joining BGP Litigation, Arseniy worked at Denton's, an international law firm, where he was in charge of developing data protection practice, and ALRUD, one of the largest Russian law firms
