Vladislav's clients include major beneficial owners, aviation entities, aviation equipment and car manufacturers, shipping, crab fishing, shipbuilding, leasing companies and banks.
Vladislav has counselled on the first air transportation structuring matters in Russia in the context of cabotage restrictions, and has successfully challenged aircraft confiscation orders issued by customs authorities.
Before joining BGP Litigation, Vladislav worked for Clifford Chance, and prior to that for Rolls-Royce, a leading aerospace equipment manufacturer and maintenance provider for airlines.
