Vladislav focuses his practice on providing legal support to big companies and private clients, offering advice on transport and private asset finance projects. He is an expert in transport finance, including renting, leasing, sale and purchase of assets, regulatory issues related to vehicle operation, asset reclamation and recovery, and navigation of restricted routes. Vladislav also has unique expertise in structuring ownership and operation of assets in Russia and abroad. His clients include major beneficiaries, airlines, aircraft and car manufacturers, as well as companies involved in shipping, crabbing, shipbuilding, lease financing and banking.

Prior to joining BGP Litigation, Vladislav worked in the Finance Practice at Clifford Chance, an international law firm that held a leading position on the Russian aviation finance and banking law markets. Before that, he worked for Rolls-Royce, a leading manufacturer of aerospace technology and of airline technical support provider.
