Vladimir Klimenko specialises in providing legal support for major litigation projects and bankruptcy cases. He represents clients in disputes on transaction invalidity, on imposition of subsidiary liability, on recovery of losses and much more.
Prior to joining the BGP Litigation team, Vladimir was an attorney in the banking practice at the Yukov & Partners Bar Association, where he represented the interests of the State Corporation “Deposit Insurance Agency” as bankruptcy trustee of big commercial banks. He has 14 years’ experience in leading law firms, as well as a major Russian coal company. Ranked in the Pravo-300 individual legal ranking.
