Vladimir Efremov

Vladimir’s specialisation is resolution of commercial, construction and corporate disputes involving major Russian and international companies. He has broad experience of representing major banking institutions in legal disputes arising from banking operations, including in relation to the regulatory framework for banking supervision (Law No. 115-FZ – the Russian anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing law). Vladimir is a recognised expert in the protection of creditors’ interests in bankruptcy proceedings: challenging transactions, subsidiary liability and corporate loss issues, creditors’ claims, and comprehensive support for bankruptcy proceedings.
