Valeria advises on crypto projects and crypto licensing, develops legal strategies for structuring digital asset operations in compliance with the requirements of a variety of jurisdictions, optimises business models, and organises efficient compliance systems. Valeria is effective in communicating with regulators and assessing the marketing aspects of crypto projects on online platforms.
Valeria also provides legal support for international transactions involving intellectual property transfers and content distribution, and advises on the intellectual property and personal data aspects of international projects.
Before joining BGP Litigation, Valeria worked at FUTURA Law and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.
Valeria holds a law degree from Moscow State University, a master’s degree from HSE University (Higher School of Economics) and an LLM degree (with distinction) from Nottingham University.
Valeria is fluent in Russian and English.
