Sofiya specialises in structuring and protecting HNWI businesses and personal assets, including setting up cross-border ownership and asset management structures based on holding companies, foundations and trusts. She offers customised fully-fledged solutions in the UAE, Russia and other jurisdictions tailored to each client’s scenario and considering the need to protect them in the event of death, divorce or relocation to another jurisdiction.
Sofiya’s experience covers major projects involving asset restructuring through holding companies, funds and trusts, incorporation of companies in the UAE, support for M&A transactions, and re-domiciliation to the UAE. Sofiya also deals with cross-border inheritance, immigration and family laws.
