Pavel Kondukov has specialised for over 20 years in tax consulting, tax disputes and lawmaking. He handles tax structuring of businesses and transactions as part of major Russian and international projects, tax auditing, and diagnostics of tax efficiency. He counsels on disputable aspects of Russian and international taxation, application of preferential tax regimes and benefits, tax refunds, value creation and tax classification of assets; he also drafts methodological documents for taxation purposes. Pavel’s experience includes providing support for major oil and gas, metals, pharmaceutical, construction and other companies on complex issues of sectoral taxation and management of the tax part of mandatory audits.
Before joining BGP Litigation, he worked for six years as Director of the Tax Department at Kept (formerly KPMG). Before that, he headed the tax practice at the Pepeliaev Group and the firm’s office in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
