Nadezhda focuses her practice on representing industrial companies in corporate law matters, advising on commercial transactions and disputes, and implementing investment projects in various industrial and civil construction sectors.

Nadezhda skilfully represents clients in negotiations with both private and public partners, assists in drafting contractual documentation and advises on major construction projects.
