Maxim specialises in representing clients in Russian courts and international commercial arbitration tribunals (including proceedings under the rules of the LCIA, ICC, SCC, SAC, SIAC, HKIAC, PCA and ICAC (Russian CCI)) and coordinating legal proceedings in foreign courts. His purview includes disputes relating to implementation of sophisticated technological projects, disputes arising from M&A transactions or foreign economic activities. Maxim develops forensic investigations and global asset search, including asset freezing strategies, collection of evidence and enforcement of arbitration awards and court decisions abroad.
