Maria advises on labour, employment and migration law, with a particular focus on the engagement of senior executives and foreign specialists, HR structuring and restructuring, workforce reductions, disciplinary proceedings and dismissals across a broad range of legal grounds. Maria has developed a full spectrum of HR documentation, including incentive plans, confidential information and personal data protection policies. She has conducted numerous HR audits aimed to identify potential labour law compliance risks.

Maria has successfully negotiated extrajudicial settlements with employees and provides robust support in employment litigation. She has extensive experience of defending companies during inspections run by Russian government authorities.
