Irina has extensive experience advising on corporate law and M&A. She focuses her practice on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity transactions, business restructurings, corporate reorganisations and redomiciliations. She has many years’ experience advising on a wide range of corporate matters and personal wealth planning for private clients. Her clients come from a variety of sectors, including energy, oil and gas, financial services, fintech, pharma, digital assets and more.

Past Experience

Prior to joining BGP Litigation, Irina worked at a major Russian law firm for over ten years. In 2016, Irina interned at the London office of Slaughter&May.
