Irina has been specialising in advising and representing Russian and international businesses on complex antitrust law enforcement issues for over 20 years. She handles matters involving abuse of dominant position, unfair competition, economic concentration transactions, failure to comply with trade, advertising and procurement laws.

Irina represents clients in connection with antitrust audits, investigations, administrative proceedings and lawsuits. She is an expert in antitrust audits and setting up antitrust compliance systems.
