Gaiane focuses her practice on domestic and international family and inheritance law cases. She develops and participates in implementation of succession planning strategies, as well as protection, ownership and management mechanisms for private capital and business assets, including through personal foundations. Gaiane also offers legal assistance in having foreign court judgements enforced in Russia. She has unique experience in cases involving international abduction of children by a parent and right of access under the 1980 Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. Gaiane is an expert in drafting prenuptial, property division, child support, inheritance and parental rights agreements. She is also a professional mediator.
