The Legal Tech and Process Automation Practice team has experience in structuring the legal block during company growth, as well as in restructuring, re-engineering and transforming processes, formatting decision-making procedures and risk management in complex dispersed teams, as well as in automating the legal function and related processes and integrating Legal Tech solutions into business structures.
The Legal Tech Practice team and BGP Litigation has a background including both major Russian projects on a federal scale and international ones in traditional and new “friendly to Russia” jurisdictions.
