Elvira specialises in supporting transactions on the equity and debt capital markets, derivatives, securitisation, financing, including syndicated lending and interbank loans, investments and venture capital. She has diverse experience on the financial market, including major financial in-house and legal advising.

- Elvira is a member of the Investment Banking Products Committee, Association of Russian Banks (ARB)
- She has developed a number of legislative amendments relating to the derivatives market, in particular those adopted after the 2008 financial crisis (liquidation netting, centralised clearing and mandatory margining)
