Elvira specialises in transactions on the equity and debt capital markets, derivatives, securitisation, funding, including syndicated loans, private equity and venture capital.
She has diverse experience in the financial market, including working in legal consulting and as an in-house lawyer at a major financial institution.
Elvira graduated from the National Research University Higher School of Economics (with merit), RSPL (Master of Private Law). She has won academic awards and the prestigious Condicio Iuris 2020 research competition (3rd place).
