Elina specialises in taxation of cross-border transactions, structuring of groups with presence in several jurisdictions, tax systems of different jurisdictions and currency regulations. She has implemented projects for restructuring holding, financial, management and operational structures, structuring inheritance planning processes and has advised major Russian and international groups and high net worth individuals on taxation in Russia and abroad. Elina is a professional with a deep insight into the de-offshorisation legislation, laws on international companies, application of tax treaties, tax laws of the EU, Asia, the Middle East and other aspects of international taxation and structuring.
