Elena specialises in corporate law, including councselling on business operations, M&As and asset restructurings in the O&G, energy, logistics, construction, FMCG, IT, manufacturing,
pharmaceuticals and healthcare sectors. Elena has counseled on international
M&As (including those exacerbated by sale and purchase of distressed
assets), JVs, business restructurings in the context of sanctions and corporate
governance arrangements. Elena's experience covers foreign production
localisation counselling, including regulatory risk assessment and development of
optimal models for selling goods in Russia, as well as organising contract work.
Elena has been ranked by Best Lawyers and Pravo-300. Prior to joining BGP
Litigation, Elena worked at the Pepeliaev Group. Elena graduated from the Faculty
of Law and Economic Security of St Petersburg State University of
Economics.
