Over the last 15 years, Dmitry Bazarov has represented clients in Russian courts, including in corporate conflicts, commercial disputes and bankruptcy procedures, as well as protecting businesses against hostile takeovers.
Dmitry has successfully implemented multiple bankruptcy and corporate litigation projects involving major Russian and international companies. His clients include Russian and international finance, banking, insurance, car manufacturing, FMCG, and fuel and energy companies. In particular, he has worked on projects commissioned by Lukoil, Gazprom Neft, Toyota Motors and other companies.
For many years, Dmitry has also been counselling clients on protecting businesses against hostile takeovers.
Before joining BGP Litigation, Dmitry was Head of Legal Analytics at CJSC Agency of Anti-Crisis Technologies and Investments, where he focused on commercial disputes, corporate conflicts and protection of shareholder rights.
Dmitry graduated from the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO.
