Daria focuses her practice on corporate disputes, including in relation to restoring corporate control, challenging company meeting resolutions, and disputes concerning recovery of damages from directors. She advises corporate governance bodies on how to mitigate corporate liability risks. Daria also represents clients in bankruptcy matters relating to challenging transactions and having subsidiary liability imposed on controlling persons. She also advises clients on complex commercial disputes arising from construction contracts and other undertakings. Daria also acts as an arbitrator.
