Anatolij specialises in criminal defence of businesses and top managers, and in developing preventative measures and compliance programmes designed to reduce the risk of criminal penalties. He focuses on advocate’s investigations and white-collar crime due diligence.
Before joining BGP Litigation, Anatolij was a white-collar practice partner and co-manager of St Petersburg’s Pen&Paper Attorneys at Law. Prior to moving his career to private practice, Anatoly worked for investigative units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where he investigated cases relating to economic crimes.
Member of the St Petersburg Bar. He participated in work on reforming the criminal and criminal procedure legislation. Anatolij graduated from the St Petersburg University of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
