Anastasia Dudko specialises in intellectual property law projects, including in IT and art, antitrust law, and protection of business reputation. Anastasia has extensive experience of resolving complex commercial disputes, representing clients in court, conducting negotiations, due diligence and IP compliance, and providing full support for IT companies.
Her clients include leaders in the oil, telecommunications and IT sectors, major Russian banks, organisations engaged in the sphere of art and representatives of Russian show business.
Before joining the BGP Litigation team, Anastasia was an attorney with Delcredere Bar Association where she managed intellectual property practice projects.
