Alexey advises on business startups and development, including preparation of corporate documents and agreements, and provides legal support for business operations.
Before joining BGP Litigation, Alexey worked at FUTURA Law and the UAE division of a Big4 international consulting firm.
Alexey graduated from Kutafin Moscow State Law University.
Alexey is fluent in Russian and English.
