Alexey Koulagin has more than 15 years’ experience successfully representing clients in land law, real estate and construction, development matters for both companies operating in this industry and other businesses requiring counselling in this area. Alexey focuses on counselling on projects in a variety of industries, including real estate transactions, complex land and lease disputes. He counsels Russian and foreign companies on industry issues, supports major construction projects at all stages, conducts legal due diligence of real estate, provides legal support for real estate transactions and manages industry projects. As part of his work at BGP Litigation, Alexey also handles projects related to subsoil use and the need to comply with the environmental legislation.
Prior to joining BGP Litigation, Alexey was a leading Pepeliaev Group lawyer in land law, real estate and construction. Alexey has extensive experience in managing the legal function in big real estate development and construction companies, as well as in an audit company.
