Alexey focuses his practice on real estate and construction, specialising in resolving construction disputes. He is experienced in supporting construction projects at all stages, advising major Russian and foreign companies on real estate and construction issues, conducting legal due diligence of real estate and handling real estate transactions.

Past Experience

Prior to joining BGP Litigation, Alexey worked as a Lead Associate at the Pepeliaev Group, where he specialised in land law, real estate and construction. During his career, he has also gained experience in managing the legal function at property development and construction companies, and has worked at an audit firm.

Degree in Law from the All-Russia Academy of Foreign Trade (RFTA)

on its construction and commissioning, as well as on sale and lease of the complex's premises

a major oil and gas company

on acquiring assets involved in development of an oil field, including conducting legal due diligence on these assets
