Alexandra specialises in IT law, intellectual property, fintech and crypto regulation, international business structuring, and legal advice for digital companies in Russia and internationally. She designs intellectual property protection strategies covering trademarks, software and technologies, contributes to the improvement of the CIS laws and regulations, and advises leading banks and fintech groups on digital assets and crypto regulation.
Before joining BGP Litigation, Alexandra led the intellectual property practice at Versus Legal and was entirely in charge of the international operations at Futura, including IT, IP, fintech and international structuring. Prior to that, Alexandra managed projects at Ernst & Young with a focus on IP and TMT.
Alexandra holds a law degree from Saint Petersburg State University and is now doing her LLB programme in English law at the University of London
