Over the last 15 years, Alexander Golikov has represented clients on projects involving tax disputes and international tax planning. Alexander specialises in building of tax compliance systems, pre-trial resolution of tax disputes, as well as defence of taxpayers in disputes with tax authorities in court. Alexander manages projects for supporting desk and field tax audits of major companies in various economic sectors (oil and gas, investment and development, leasing, retail sales and others).
Alexander has successfully completed numerous Russian business deoffshorisation projects, including capital amnesty, liquidation of foreign companies and creation of new entities.
