The BGP Litigation Compliance and Sanctions Law Practice has secured another licence from the Belgian Treasury to unblock a client’s funds to a sum of over USD 3 mln.
The client, a private investor with EU residency and accounts, received permission to withdraw funds from the broker account at Alfa Capital. These funds derived from redemption of securities held in blocked accounts at a Russian depository.
