BGP Litigation Ranked by Pravo.ru Among Leaders in Transactions and Restructuring

BGP Litigation has secured a leading position in Pravo.ru’s inaugural corporate study of law firms. The study identified market leaders in supporting M&A transactions, corporate disputes, asset restructuring and corporate law consulting.

Pravo.ru analysts evaluated projects completed by Russian law firms between January 2022 and April 2024. BGP Litigation was ranked among the top 20 law firms for M&A transaction support and corporate dispute resolution. The firm was also placed 11th for asset restructuring projects, with a total value of approximately RUB 450 mln, and was recognised as a leading firm providing corporate law consulting services
