BGP Litigation has secured a leading position in the eighth annual study of law firms specialising in arbitration court representation, conducted by Pravo.ru on the basis of the results of 2023. As in the previous year, the firm ranked in the first tier with a total case value exceeding RUB 130 bln.
When calculating the results, Pravo.ru analysts reviewed the final decisions of Russian commercial courts from 1 January to 31 December 2023, taking into consideration a combination of parameters, including the total claim amount, the number of cases handled and of final-instance decisions, performance scores in courts, the average claim value and the win rate (measured by court outcomes or the number of favourable decisions).
