Captain of the BGP Litigation IP Club

Anastasia Dudko
Counsel, attorney — Intellectual Property, Dispute Resolution
We are very pleased to have realised such a bold idea - to open a specialised club on intellectual property law issues. It is important for us to provide representatives of all industries with a platform for productive dialogue, both formal - to solve key business problems in this area, and informal - to expand the number of contacts, professional development and exchange of experience in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. I and the practice team are truly passionate about intellectual property law, and we know that we have many like-minded people.

Residency

Residents (permanent members) can be representatives of companies from various industries holding positions as heads of legal departments or leading divisions specialising in intellectual property law (Heads of IP) and/or related fields. In exceptional cases, other employees responsible for intellectual property law issues within the company may also qualify as residents. Additionally, representatives of chambers, associations, or organisations whose interests relate to intellectual property law may also be included as residents.

The decision on inclusion in the BGP Litigation IP Club is made by the Club Captain. The Club Captain reserves the right to refuse residency. To join the BGP Litigation IP Club, the applicant’s position and motivation are key factors. Motivation is a critical criterion for the decision to grant club residency.

Residency is not open to legal consultants, except for the founding company, BGP Litigation, nor to self-employed lawyers or solicitors.
